For over sixteen years, I’ve read and studied how reality works, quantum principles, metaphysics, all of it. I can say confidently that the books I’m sharing here were the jumping-off points.

There are countless talks, recordings, films, and videos you can watch. But there’s something uniquely potent and personal about reading for yourself. Letting the material meet you where you are.

Over the years, people have asked me what books I’ve read. And honestly, I’ve been reluctant to answer. Part of that was because I didn’t want to rob anyone of the experience of finding the books. That’s how it happened for me. Curiosity led the way, and each book seemed to arrive at exactly the right moment. One opened the door to the next, and the excitement kept building.

At the same time, I understand how important reference points can be. Especially now, when information is coming at us from every direction.

That’s why I think it matters to take in foundational material through your own senses, by reading it, slowly, privately, without commentary layered on top. Then deciding for yourself what feels true. Reading creates a relationship with the material that watching doesn’t. And to take it a step further, when you write about what you’re reading, that understanding deepens again. Putting something into your own words is one of the fastest ways to see what you’ve actually absorbed.

My understanding of all of this has been shaped not just by books, but by lived experience, spiritual awakenings, experimentation, and time. Do you need sixteen years to learn this? No. What matters is that certain themes repeat across many of these works, and that you recognize you are the one in the driver’s seat.

You are the author, the director, the one steering the ship.

There’s no single right or established way to understand reality. You decide. Keep that in mind as you explore.

I also can’t separate reading from journaling. Journaling is how you synthesize what you’re taking in through your own lens. It’s how you track what’s landing, what’s changing, and what only becomes clear later.

Sometimes the insight feels simple in the moment. The real value is in documenting where you were at the time, so you can look back and notice:

  • What state you were in
  • What you couldn’t yet see
  • What you were already moving toward without realizing it

My Origin Story

Looking back now, my first introduction to these ideas explained through quantum physics was watching

‘What the Bleep Do We Know’ with my dad and sister in the early 2000s.

I’d grown up around creation and invention thinking through him. Garage projects, science experiments, the mindset of building and imagining. But this was the first time I saw it articulated as quantum physics.

While at college, he sent me with books and resources. ‘What the Bleep’ was one of them. He knew I was ready to understand this in a deeper way.

I didn’t fully grasp it then. But that collection and those resources, that’s where the real diving began.

I didn’t fully grasp it then. But that’s where the door swung open.

And I’ve been diving ever since.

The Books I Return To

I only recommend what I’ve genuinely read and returned to.

These are all foundational.

Each opened a door. Each taught me something essential.

Take what you need, leave the rest.

There are more, but these are the ones I come back to.

The Work Continues

I still return to these books. I reread them. Each time, something new reveals itself because I am different.

There’s no way to engage with this material honestly and not be changed by it.

Happy reading.
