Through The Lens Of Invention:
Thinking big, embracing innovative ideas, and approaching life with a solution-oriented mindset has always been my way of being.
My siblings and I were raised to think outside the box, to fully embrace bold and creative concepts – they feel like home to me.
Wellness has been woven into the fabric of my life since the very beginning.
Fitness and wellbeing aren’t just practices; they’re cherished family traditions that I hold dear.
Our world was a celebration of creativity, a daily exploration of innovation.
Through the eyes of a child, it was nothing short of magic.
My father, a passionate inventor and entrepreneur, had a way of approaching life that imprinted itself deeply in my mind. His way of thinking was rooted in solutions and possibility.
One of his fitness inventions eventually became part of what the world now knows as the Bowflex, a product that revolutionized the wellness industry.
I remember watching him in our garage workshop, surrounded by tools and half-built prototypes, explaining each new idea to me and my siblings. We were his first testers, cheering him on as he worked late into the night with quiet focus and an endless sense of possibility.
What I didn’t know then was that watching him bring an idea to life from nothing was planting a seed in me. I began to understand that invention wasn’t only about creating new things.
It was also about who you become in the process, and how deeply you have to trust what you can’t yet see. Even before words like “manifestation” became popular, I felt the mystery of it, the relationship between imagination and reality taking shape right in front of me.
That realization would one day evolve into the philosophy behind The You Value™ and the process I now call Internal Invention™. It showed me that the same creative force that powers outer innovation lives within us too, always waiting to be realized.
It didn’t matter if it was a household inconvenience, a more efficient way to work out, or a big environmental puzzle like finding sustainable energy or solving the oil spill in the Gulf. He approached each with the same quiet conviction: there is a solution here, waiting to be uncovered.

This perspective, rooted in invention, shaped my entire journey, celebrating creativity and innovation both externally and internally.
The Inner Journey of Innovation:
Growing up, my fascination with the human mind’s inner workings evolved alongside my exploration of meditation, spirituality, and the complexities of the mind. Over the past 12 years, I’ve discovered practices that unleash true potential. This inward journey mirrored the creative process, transforming raw ideas into tangible reality.
This inner journey, more valuable than any possession, instilled a belief that innovation applies to every facet of life.
Going Beyond External Innovation:
My early exposure to innovation and exploration of inner realms birthed a profound awareness: innovation isn’t limited to external creations; it extends to our inner world. This recognition represents an evolution in thinking, where we understand our inherent ability to invent infinitely, in every moment!
A Profound Shift:
In 2012, my transformative journey shifted into high gear. Embracing roles as a source of upliftment, business partner, and spiritual guide, I became hands, eyes, legs, and 🧠 for my father before he transitioned.
These transformative years altered my perspectives on life, death, intuition, and spirituality.
Life intervened, shaking my perspective. In moments of frustration, an inner nudge emerged, urging me to see beyond the illusion of a one-size-fits-all path.
Everything I needed was inside, evolving as I grew. I didn’t fully grasp my brilliance, my spark, my You Value. Why? At that time, it lacked a tangible form.
I mistakenly believed if I couldn’t see it, it wasn’t real. My unique ability quietly pushed beyond physical boundaries, patiently. This piece still feels like the spark that started it all.
That spark has guided me ever since, showing me that invention doesn’t just happen in the lab or the workshop. It happens in the quiet spaces of intuition, in the moments when an idea, a nudge, or a knowing asks to be trusted. In many ways, that was the beginning of a different kind of invention story. One that starts within.
